When should I not get tattooed?

You should NOT get tattooed when you are: PREGNANT, Pre-Surgery or Post-Surgery(weak immunity), have blood related diseases, serious heart conditions, serious skin conditions, when you’re sunburned, drunk or high.

Is the tattoo process safe and hygienic?

Tattoos are safe whenever done properly and with the right equipment and knowledge about cross contamination. In our studio we ALWAYS make sure the hygiene is at the HIGHEST level. Most of the tattoo equipment we use is for single-use only and it is disposed after each use. The rest of the studio is cleaned thoroughly after each client.

Do tattoos hurt?

Yes, tattoos do hurt. However, people may experience different levels of pain, so it's hard to predict what the level of pain would be. At the end, it's a personal experience.

Can I get a tattoo if I'm under 18?

By law, you are not allowed to get a tattoo if you are under 16 years old. If you are 16-to-18 years old you can get a tattoo only with a written consent from your parent or guardian. So, if you really like tattoos, use that time to choose your ideal tattoo.

How should I prepare for my tattoo session?

Make sure you are rest well, eat well, and stay hydrated. Aside from that, take a shower, shave the area, take a fully charged phone or tablet for entertainment and if you need company, bring only your closest friend.

How do I take care of my new tattoo?

The process of taking care of your new tattoo is really simple and important part of the whole process and is a must in order for your tattoos to look good. We will discuss the few simple steps of aftercare, right after we finish the tattoo. Most importantly: NO baths, NO swimming, NO saunas, NO sun tanning, NO scratching or NO touching the tattoo with dirty hands, for AT LEAST 10 days. Sun tanning should be avoided for at least over a month and applying sun protection lotion on the tattoo is always a great idea.

Is tanning OK when you have tattoos?

During the summer, avoiding the sun for longer period might be difficult, but is a MUST if you have a brand new tattoo. Sunburns would probably ruin your new tattoo. And, even when healed, long sunlight exposure can have bad effects on a tattoo, so applying sun protection lotion is always a good idea when exposing it to direct sunlight for a long period of time.

What brand of ink do you use?

We've been using Nocturnal tattoo black ink for some time now and haven't had a single problem so far. But if you have allergies to specific ingredients, you should inform us about it.
